Job Description:

  • Participate in contract management, keep an eye on and report on vendor performance to make sure contractual responsibilities and performance targets are met.
  • Mandatory Compliance Reporting Support for Vendor Relationship Managers (VRMs) on Different Supplier Related Activities When necessary, escalate throughout trainings to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct benchmarking, identifying, approving, onboarding, auditing, and ongoing operations.
  • Support the planning of management, operational, and special meetings
  • Performance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Constantly monitor, control, and enhance supplier performance according to agreed-upon SLAs.
  • KPI reporting, ongoing monitoring, and dashboards.
  • Reliable delivery: To better understand, report, and take action on service and delivery performance
  • Cost productivity over time: Measure cost productivity as a function of market price and take appropriate action.
  • Assist with operations and purchasing.

Profile Description:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in the food, agri, or FMCG industries in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, and vendor management; strong exposure to these areas; and expertise managing numerous stakeholders
  •  SAP MM module experience is a must.
  • Flexibility with employment responsibilities, work scope, and shifts
  • mastery of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities in both written and conversational form.
