Experience: HR - Fresher / 2 Years in Payroll / Employee Lifecycle Management.
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Job Description:
- This position is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the monthly payroll processes for India, Singapore, and Africa as well as assuring compliance and correctness.
- The position in charge of making sure payroll is delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Overall accountability for managing and processing payroll.
- Control specific time-sensitive operations and make sure that data is accurate validation.
- Ensuring that deadlines for compensation distribution and legislative compliance are met.
- In charge of MIS and Analytics for payroll and benefits for employees with Reporting uniformity for better decision-making.
- Payroll verification and reconciliation each month.
- Calculating and depositing the monthly TDS obligation for pay.
- Making and submitting quarterly and yearly TDS returns.
- Accountable for monthly Payroll Dashboard publication.
- Ensure Finance receives monthly payroll provisions.
Skills:

- Powerful analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to use the Microsoft Office Suite and related programmes with ease.
